Venous issues, such as varicose veins and venous insufficiency
ReadyWrap is an alternative to standard elastic and long-stretch hosiery that works with your natural muscle functions to increase fluid flow. ReadyWrap's strapping system makes donning a breeze. No more having to tug and pull at compression stockings. Low-stretch straps help prevent over-compressing and are made to overlap 50%, mimicking the short-stretch bandaging style. Adjustable to allow for daily girth fluctuations. Color-coded hook and loop application makes donning and adjusting easy. Unique spine holds the garment's shape on or off your limb.
It does not matter if you have had your Vintage BMW since it was new or if you just acquired your first one, whether you have one BMW 2002 or many Neue Klasse cars sitting in your garage, whether it is dedicated race car, or concourse queen, or a crusty daily driver, BMW 2002 FAQ is the place for you.
Okay, with the compressor and bracket, condenser and fan, evaporator assembly, receiver-drier, hoses, and wiring installed, it was time to fire it up, then button it up. Similarly, with the project itself complete, it's time to button up this series of articles. As such, this is a long piece that touches on a number of topics.
There's a whole chapter in my a/c book devoted to leak detection, and specifically to the use of nitrogen or other dry inert gas to
With all the major components installed and the hoses made, the next task was wiring the system up. This will be a short one (that's not an electrical joke :^), as in a car like this, the wiring is trivial.
Someone (Conserv, probably) had posted a copy of the Clardy wiring diagram. It is below.
More general, and probably more useful, is the diagram I have in my a/c book:

Noticed a recent ad for the new Galaxy Z Fold smart phone that's currently playing. In several scenes there's an '02 out by itself in a big, empty parking lot. Side view and kinda shadowed, so can't tell color, and it's shown so briefly that you can't even tell whether it's a roundie or a squarelight. But the Hoffmeister kink is unmistakable.
Perhaps someone with a smarter TV than mine (no, it's not a black and white CRT set) can do a screen grab of the pertinent commercial part
I've started the process of designing and building a rear strut tower brace, with a provision to hold a battery. Goal is to make a slick unit from mostly carbon fiber, with some aluminum for the areas that require adjustability.
I've got my hands on a scanner - mostly meant for rooms, but for my needs the resolution is okay. So far I've been able to create a space-claim model of the trunk; I'll be using SolidWorks to model the components. It's pretty raw, but the dimensions that I
The engine and transmission are out. The engine is at the shop having both the head and block worked on. We will have to bore out the cylinders and replace with oversized pistons. I couldn't find any pistons off the shelf, so I am having them made, which could take a couple of months. I plan to use that time to repaint the car.
My new job and moving has slowed progress on the car, but it's still inching closer to completion. If you followed my previous posts, i said the mission of this project was to have an almost original 1969 BMW 2002... but the car has become something else, something that is more custom.
Fuel and Carbs
Final routing fuel and cable routing is being done around the TI air cleaner that I modified for the DCOEs. The fuel regulator impinged on the air cleaner so I moved it to the
